	How do I place an advert ? Follow these steps, it's quick and easy.
Step 1:	Click on 'Create an account' and enter a few basic details, this will set up your account where you will be able to place your advert.
Step 2:	Click on 'Place your ad', select the options that relate to the property you are advertising. Then write a description including a contact telephone number if you wish. Then upload your photos, selecting the one you wish to appear as the main picture.
Step 3:	Once you have completed your advert and payment has been confirmed it will instantly be live on the internet until you remove it, or until it is automatically removed after 2 years, this is done automatically to avoid the build up of inactive adverts. Don't forget to email us with the address of the property for sale or rent and a contact number so we can have your 'FOR SALE' or 'TO LET' board made up and delivered to you.

Step 4:	(optional) Not very good at this internet stuff, haven't got a digital camera, or would just prefer someone else to do it for you, no problem! We can visit your property, take the pictures, set up your account, place your advert and then send your usermane and password to you. All you need to do is write the description, tell us the price you are selling or renting for and we'll put it in your advert. We'll even bring your 'FOR SALE' or 'TO LET' board with us to give you maximum exposure. All for only £140.00
